Recently, donkey milk has received a lot of interest due to its similarity human in terms protein, lactose and fat content. The purpose this review is summarize the knowledge research done on composition milk, including functionality potential therapeutic use. Donkey suitable for use children who are allergic cow's milk. bioactive components contained have antibacterial, antiviral antifungal effects, as well anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties
